Hi @supasit , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
I hear that some companies turn off these options for security reasons, especially Publish to web, since it makes the report publicly accessible. I suggest you check with your Power BI tenant admin to see if Secure Embed or Publish to web can be enabled for your workspace. If that isn’t allowed, keep using browser fullscreen (F11) for the TV display, but it will need to be reapplied after a refresh.
Hi @supasit , Hope you're doing okay! May we know if it worked for you, or are you still experiencing difficulties? Let us know — your feedback can really help others in the same situation.

Hi @supasit , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
The navigation pane you marked is part of the Power BI Service interface, not the browser. Because of this, parameters like chromeless=1 only remove the browser frame, but they do not remove the Power BI Service navigation pane.
When you hide it using Full screen or F11, it only stays hidden for that session. If the page refreshes, the report loads again in the normal Power BI Service layout and the navigation pane appears again. So, with an auto refresh extension, this behavior is expected and cannot be permanently prevented when viewing the report directly in app.powerbi.com.
If you need the screen to stay clean on a TV/kiosk display, embed the report (Secure Embed / Publish to Web) instead of opening it directly in Power BI Service. In an embedded view you can disable UI panes and they will not come back after a refresh.
What you’re seeing is the Power BI Service navigation UI, not the browser chrome. The chromeless=1 parameter only removes the top browser frame, but it does not remove the Power BI left navigation pane.
After opening the reportyou should, click: Full screen or F11 (browser fullscreen).
Hi @cengizhanarslan thanks for your reply, i use auto refresh extension so whenever browser refreshed the navigation always display
Hii @supasit
The Power BI Service navigation pane cannot be permanently removed, but it can be hidden for display screens. Open the report/dashboard in Full Screen mode (View >> Full screen) or press F11 in the browser. In full screen, the left navigation pane and top bar automatically collapse, making it suitable for TV or monitoring displays. If the page refresh resets it, use the Power BI “Presentation Mode” or full-screen URL so the dashboard always loads without the navigation pane visible.
Hi @rohit1991 , thank you for your reply. Regarding your suggestion to use Power BI “Presentation Mode” or a full-screen URL, could you please explain how to do this or provide an example? That would be greatly appreciated.
