Hide Side Bar Menu Options for Users

Is it possible to hide/remove these from Users

    Hi Kiwi_Mark_LFC 

    I'm not sure it's possible/not possible to hide default options in left navigation bar.

     

    But, you have a option to display full report with out using that left navigation bar by using power bi embedded.
