Hide Sharepoint Sites

When those SharePoint sites were created, an Office 365 Group was also created, which includes provisioning a Power BI Workspace. Thanks. So what's happened is there were already sharepoint sites created and we just got our Power BI license.
When I logged in to Power BI for the first time, I see every sharepoint site I'm a member of as a workspace in Power BI.
