Hide Panes

Hello Team,

 

I have published reports to Service. Now the requirement is :

Step 1. Users should be able to Edit the reports to add their own text thru text box (not comments)

Step 2: But users hould not be able to see the panes "Visualization" and "Fields" panes as shown below:
