Hide Other Bookmarks from Users in Service

Hi All,

Is there a way to hide report bookmark options from users in power BI service? Also is there a way to add create personalize bookmark option as a button or a link in the dashboard canvas itself instead of having it on the top menu bar, so that the users can easily access the personal bookmarks?
