Help with App Latency in App

Hi,

What is best practice/will help us see the best results in the below scenario.

Scenario: 20 reports with accompanying datatsets and dataflows. Premium Capacity. App runs quick as a whistle in the early morning and late afternoon/evening, but have are slow during the peak traffic times of the day. There is a second workspace that can be utilized.

Is it best to:

1) Move all the dataflows to another workspace to reduce the amount of data in the current workspace and keep all the reports and datasets in the current workspace?

2) Move 10 of the reports and their accompanying datasets and dataflows to another workspace and split the data up that way?

3) Another solution?
