Help on the Premium Concurrent Refreshes Specifications

Hi,

I'm very confused.... concurrent model refresh (listed on table bellow) is only applicable for Import mode connection? And if so, is there any limitation regarding to Live/DQ Connection? Because I'm not getting what means on the bellow table on P1 30s for DQ and Live Connection.
