Help PowerBI : dataflow , how to connect with organization credentials (windows)

Hi guys ,

i am new to Dataflow powerbi , so i am trying to use it but when i am trying to connect to database in sql server , it is always failing ,

can you show me how to connect , i am windows credentials and it an organizational account . it said that the connection has not been shared.
