Help Needed to Expand APP Audience Limit In Power BI Service

Hi Team,

The audience list for our APP has exceeded the limit of 25. Could someone please guide us on how to increase this limit?

As the APP is linked to a large audience group, changing the Workspace is not an option. I would appreciate any suggestions or solutions to address this issue.

Hi @Vinod_G_245 ,

The method provided 3CloudThomas should be helpful. Each app have the maximum number of 10000 users before hitting the limit of 25 audience groups per app. So, create the security for user access.

I assume the question is how to increase the audience limit beyond 25, not how to increase users. The 25 audience limit is kind of ridiculous. Whatever happened to the plan MSFT had to allow multiple apps per workspace? Either that or increasing the limit beyond 25 should be a priority for MSFT. Isn't the audience limit essentially just metadata?

Create a secutiry group in EntraId and use the security group for access rather than individual logins.
