Help Needed: On-Premises Gateway Installation Error

Hi, community!

I'm struggling with an issue during the installation of the On-Premises Gateway, and I could really use your help.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far without success:

• Disabled the firewall during installation
• Cleared the system cache
• Deleted temporary files
• Ran the installer as administrator
  
  

Interestingly, I can install the Gateway in Personal Mode without any issues. However, when I attempt to install the On-Premises Gateway, I encounter this error:

I’ve double-checked, and my system meets all the minimum requirements for the On-Premises Gateway.

Another observation: during the installation, the progress bar reaches the end, but then it starts moving backward before showing the error message.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or knows a potential solution? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
