Help Getting the Premium Capacity Metrics App

For the last few days, I have not been able to install the "Premiun Capacity Metrics App" and I've heard the same from many people. All the other apps from AppSource is fine, but this one gets stuck on a message "Please hold on while we load a few things...."
Does anyone know which support team owns this app? Who can I contact in order to address this issue other than just waiting around? Thank you.

Looks like it's been fixed! I was able to download finally. Would still like to know who to contact in case there's an issue....

AFAIK, this is a connect app design from the Microsoft team, I check the support page but not found the support contact.  I'd like to suggest you open a ticket to get further support if this scenario appears again. (it is free for pro and above licenses)
