Hi @cristianj ,

It looks like your connection to the Outlook account is not working.

You can click on the "..." in left and create a new connection to another Outlook account.

If you don't have a D365 Outlook account, you can remove this trigger and replace it with another one supported by Power Automate.

In that case, make sure to reflect the changes in the rest on the flow as some references may be broken after that.

And pls check license for your user, that in removing an E3 or E5 license from a user it will stop the Outlook 365 connector from working.

Hello,

You are having problem with Outlook connection or creating the step of sending email?

If the problem is connecting with Outlook, did you try to click on the "..." in the left and try on another Outlook account?

Or perhaps try to connect to a different provider, let's say Gmail, just to check If the automation is working fine and the problem is really something related to your Outlook account, maybe there is some configuration blocking it.

That's the step I would take it to proceed.

Hope it was helpful.

Regards,

Douglas.
