Heatmap Matrix Pop-up Disappears When I try to Scroll
In the Power BI web view, when a cell in a Heatmap Matrix contains more underlying data than fits in the pop-up, there is a scroll bar but I try to hover and scroll, the pop-up disappears. You can tell there is much more data but there is no way to see it. Can anyone help with this?

I'm assuming you are talking about tooltip pop-up, ok?
The pop-up disappears because it is designed to close when the mouse leaves the cell area, which happens as soon as you try to hover over the scroll bar.
The tooltip or pop-up is not an independent scrollable container; it is tied to the hover state of the cell.
When you move the cursor to the scroll bar, the hover state is lost, and the pop-up closes.If this response was helpful in any way, I’d gladly accept a 👍much like the joy of seeing a DAX measure work first time without needing another FILTER.
