Header Design Different for Other Users

Hello, I've noticed that the header design is not consistent for our users, on Power BI Service. Especially when viewing our app in the web browser.

Some of our users including myself see this:

Others see this:

For reference, we don't see any differences between Microsoft Edge and Chrome, so I'm not certain that the browser being used has any effect.

Are other users experiencing this? Anyone found a way to resolve this?

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you!

Hi @barcafan ,

Did the organization administrator customize the branding?

Follow these steps to return the look of Power BI to the default settings:

  1. Sign in to the Power BI service as a Power BI administrator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Settings > Admin portal > Custom branding.
  3. Select Remove custom branding, then select Publish to go back to the Power BI default look.

Thanks for responding Neeko. I don't have Power BI administrator rights, so I've asked someone in my team to try and see if they can see the settings you described.

Will update once I have more information.

Thank you!
