Having problems getting to ‘archived content’

I usually just click ‘archived content’ and the the report needed. Put all of a sudden nothing happens and a diagram-logo just keeps bouncing on the screen.

Pls help. Can I access ‘archived content’ any other way?

Did you get any error prompt? Please post a screenshot to show us "Put all of a sudden nothing happens and a diagram-logo just keeps bouncing on the screen".

No error prompt. Not even after several hours.

Please clear the cache of browser and try again. Also, please log on service with a different browser for test.

I have tried clearing cache. I have tried on Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Explorer.. also on Windows and Mac. And Still Nothing Happens.
