Having almost daily issues with connectivity

We keep getting these errors and I'm trying to find a solution.


"Report" has failed to refresh.
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.

This could be because there is an issue with your gateway. Can you check and make sure that it is online and has a stable internet connection?
