Handling data mappings in a dataflow with referenced queries

Dear community, 

 

we have one major dataflow which contains a lot referenced queries.

Now this main table in this flow has to be mapped with support tables. But it is not working because of the references. 

 

Is there any way that recommend to solve this issue?
