Hello everyone,
I am in a position where I may need to hand over some of my Power BI reports, DB and app to another operator in my company.
What are the best ways to hand over editorial control of an existing pbix and not require permissions to be granted all over again?
Any other help with this would be great.

Easiest way is to give him your login and password but I don't think you want to do that, so no other choice but to grant permissions all over again.

Hello @Mark_Berry12 ,
yes as @aj1973 mentioned, the best way is to give him admin access to all workspaces.
also he should have permission through his email to the data sources and he should connect to the data sources through his email, so the reports won't give an error when your email gets deactivated.
