HTTP Error 400 (The Size of the request headers is too long) after login (powerbi.com)

Hello,

Today I was trying to register a customer’s user for powerbi.com. The customers company already uses Office 365 (Exchange / Sharepoint online, ..) and now they want to use powerbi.com. The problem that came up was the following:

• The user went on powerbi.com – sign in
• After entering his credentials the was redirected to app.powerbi.com and the following error was displayed:
  • Bad Request – Request too long (Http error 400)
• We tried with firefox and IE
• Other o365 services worked fine (after login)

Any hints?

I have also noticed some other users encountered the same issue in this topic. Microsoft has already known this issue and roll backed the configuration changes. Please try to access the service after restarting browser or clearing cache.
