HTML-Content visual not showing in service

I have added the HTML-content custom visual from the app store. The HTML from the table is showing as expected in the desktop version. Unfortuntaly in the service there is nothing showing up. No "no data avaiable" or any error message. Any idea why the visual is blocked in the service but not in the desktop version?

      In PowerQuery I have added a column with the HTML showing the information from other colums with title tags or formats like bold or font size. Nothing fancy.

        recreate that HTML in a DAX calculated column and see if you have the same issue.
