HELP ME! Once published in the online service, slicer values disappear

Hi, I've come across an issue which I haven't been able to find anything on in the online community pages. I have a Month-Selector slicer on my report which in the Desktop version shows all of the month values present in my dataset, however when i publish the report to the online service, all but the 'current month' values disappear. Has anybody encountered this issue before or know how to resolve it - I'm pulling my hair out! Thanks in advance. Tim

@TStan You may check "Filters on this visual Pane". Maybe there's another filter affecting that one.
