Guidance re the drillthrough/excel export function

Good afternoon community

May I reach out for your guidance please?  I have a model that once you drillthrough you are able to view the selected data in the data tab but if you try and export the data, it is exported in aggregated data.  I am struggling to change that into a raw data extract.

Anyone have suggestions for me please?

Select the option you need.

Please refer to the document for further information.

Hi. Sometimes it depends how the visualization is built. There are two ways of exporting, summarized data and underlying data. Those options can be changed in the report settings (inside PBI Desktop or directly from PBI Service). You can disable one export or both of them.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/power-bi-visualization-export-data#export-underlyi...

Be sure that you have the underlying option there. If the data exported with underlying is still wrong, I would suggest building a different visualization (table), with the columns you need to export.

I hope that make sense
