Guests cannot see shared reports or Favorite reports

Hello,

I am currently have an issue in sharing my reports with external clients. The issue is that when they login to the Power BI online Service they cannot see any report I share with them, everything is blank. However, when I send them the report link and click on it they can see the report and if they go back to Power BI homepage they can see all the other reports and apps I share with them.

How can I set their account to see all the reports and apps I share with them when they login at forst place (avoiding this procedure of sending them the report link) ?
