Guest User from external Organization

Hi, 

 

I am trying to enable access for some of the reports from our organization to external users. 

I have added external users as guest in AD. One of the user is able to access as well.  But i want to know do the external user really need to have pro-license to access the reports. 

The users i granted access subscribed to trial license but want to know if they need license.

    The external user will require a Pro license if the workspace isn't on Premium Capacity. If your workspace is on Premium the external user doesn't require a pro license.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    The rule is that if a person sees a report, they have to have a license.  The question is whose license - do they bring their own or do your provide it?  Also, if you have a Premium license you can share with that person and assign them a license.

    Thanks for your replies.  Yes my understanding is we need license to access reports as long as workspace is not in premium capacity.
