Group Workspace strange behavior

Hi,

I was in an assumption that dashboard created in group workspace can only be shared with pro users. But it seems, if one be the admin of the group workspace and had the dashboard created by them over the Group Workspace report, they can share it with free users. Is this the way it works?

Here comes the stranger part, I have two card report objects both populates data from same data source which dont need PRO to connect. When I pin card1 to dashboard, I was not able to share that to free users as the notification says it is PRO content. but if I pin card2, I can share that to free users as well as it doesnt give any such warnings anymore,, It is very strange because both the card are pinned from same report which do not have any PRO content and when I pin one it allows to share to free users, if I use other it doesnt allow.

Has anyone faced similar issue or any idea on what would case this? Many thanks in advance.
