Hi,
Does anyone know why a grey box appears around cards and slicers when I PDF export my reports from Power Bi Online Service. I've attached images to show why.
This only seems to appear when the PDF is viewed on Apple Macbook or iPhone devices. The boxes do not appear, from the same PDF, when viewed on a Windows device.
Any ideas?

Hi @KMichael99
This issue may be related to how the PDF rendering engine interacts with the specific display attributes of Power BI visuals on different platforms. Here are the possible causes and solutions:
Check for updates. Make sure that your Power BI service and your PDF viewer on the Apple devices are both up to date. Sometimes updates can resolve rendering issues.
Try opening the PDF with a different PDF viewer on your Apple devices to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the issue is specific to the PDF viewer you are using.
When exporting to PDF from Power BI, ensure that you are using the default settings. Custom settings may affect the rendering on different devices.
As a workaround, try exporting the report from Power BI Desktop instead of the Power BI Online Service to see if there is a difference in the PDF output.
If the issue persists, consider providing feedback to Microsoft through the Power BI Support page. It's possible that this could be a known issue with rendering on Apple devices that they are working to resolve.
