Green check icons suddenly appearing under PBI cards

Since this morning, a row of green check icons has suddenly started appearing under my KPI cards in several different Power BI reports (across multiple workspaces) for multiple users, in both Desktop and the Service. We haven’t made any recent changes to the PBIX files, and the same behavior occurs in different browsers. Does anyone know what these icons are and how to remove or disable them? errororrhuhu.png

Because my card is classic version so i can't see the "switch to classic version option", But when i searching around in the Callout Section in Format Visual tab I see, the image option is turned on, I think this MS update somehow make this option to turn on, so i just have to turn it off then the problem is gone.

Hi @HUNGQL ,
That explanation is clear. Since your visual was already set to the classic card, the 'switch to classic' option did not appear. The recent Power BI update seems to have enabled the Image setting in the Callout section by default, which resulted in the green check icons. Disabling the Image option was the correct solution, and it resolved the issue immediately. This insight will be valuable for others encountering a similar situation.

Hii @HUNGQL

These icons are Power BI accessibility indicators that were unintentionally enabled by a recent Power BI update.
They are not part of your report, not part of your visuals, and not caused by your PBIX file.

They are coming from a recent update to the Card visual / Accessibility features.

At this moment there is no toggle to disable them from your side.

This is a Power BI bug, and multiple users have already reported it.

Here is temporary methods:

  1. Switch to “Classic Card” instead of “New Card”

If you're using the new card visual >> switch back to the classic version.

Visual >> More Options >> Switch to Classic Card

This removes the green icons.

Hii @HUNGQL

You cannot switch because you are already on Classic once Microsoft fixes the update, or when they officially disable the accessibility indicator feature, the green checkmarks will disappear for everyone.
