Graph not getting displayed properly on web

Hello Team,

 

I've published a dashboard to a shared workspace. But the content of the dashboard(Like Charts) are not getting displayed on their logins.

They're facing below mentioned error.

Can you please advise.

    Hi kkalyanrr,

     

    Based on your error message, it seems that the error is caused by the measure 'Actuals vs Budgets'[Actuals MTD].

     

    Do you have this measure in the line chart which cannot be load in Power BI Service?

     

    In addition, have you checked if you could see the line chart in Power BI Desktop? Does the measure have error in Power BI Desktop?

     

    Besides, what is your data source and how do you connect it?

      Hello v-piga-msft ,


      This page is working fine in my PowerBI Desktop Model as well.

      After sharing it the common workspace, I'm able to access the page(with all the charts) with no errors.

      But my collegue is facing this error message.

      I'm using SQL Server DB and enabled auto refresh from web version through gateway.
