Granting access to Fabric Experiences

Hi 

   I have a situation where I need to create a Fabric Workspace , with in that I will have a Lake and build pipelines to ingest data . Once I have the data ingested  and I create Delta tables , I will need to setup user profile for data scientist in such a way that they  can have PowerBi , Data Science and Data Activator experiences. We want to restrict the access in a way that they can create Items in other Fabric EXperiences. Is this possible if so can you please guide me

We are also in the same situation. We don't want fabric users creating their lake house or data warehouse. Is there a way we can restrict and let them use other components. We couldn't implement Fabric enterprise wide due to this

  Sorry if I was not clear , I have question only on permission restriction . I am good on first part . I will try to explore RBAC and get back with what I find

   I chgecked with Azure Admin on this , he says its available for ADF not for Fabric.
