When a user request acces to one of our datasets, I receive an email from Power BI that user x has requested build permission. When I click on the green Grant Acces button, it doesnt open the pending request. Instead it opens the popup where I have to manually type in the email of the user to grant access. Any idea why this is not working properly for me? I even tried to go the dataset to see for the pending request but it is not there aswell.
Hi @biuser98 ,
Has your issue been resolved? I can't reproduce the problem you're experiencing.
I can offer some suggestions for your reference on this issue:
1. Sometimes, old or corrupted data can cause issues with loading pages. Clearing your browser cache and cookies can help resolve this.
2. There might be an issue with the browser or email client you're currently using. Try opening the email and clicking the Grant Access button in a different browser or email client.
3.Make sure your browser, email client, and Power BI are all up-to-date. Sometimes, issues can occur if you're using an outdated version of the software.
Best Regards,
Dino Tao
