Couldn't load the schema for the database model
Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report. Make sure you have a connection to the server, and try again.

Hi @lakshmi9228,

 

This could happen if the data source was removed, renamed, moved, offline, or permissions have changed. Check that the source is still in the location we are pointing to and you still have permission to access it.  There is an article about troubleshooting such a similar error for your reference.

 

Besides, what is your data source? What operation you take that caused this error? Did you share a dashboard with free license user?
