Goals in PBI Service - Settings

Hi,

 

in a created goal, you can edit its settings. What effect will "Set tracking cycle" have on the goal?

If I select Frequency "Weekly" and "Monday", will the "Value" and "Progress" of the goal be updated only on Mondays, though the schedule data refresh has been configured for daily refresh?

Or does the visual under "Progress" only show data from Mondays?

    Hi thhmez7 ,

     

    Based on your description, all new goals created within scorecards have a default daily tracking cycle, which means that the data and progress are calculated on a day-to-day basis.

    However, the default tracking period on the target can be changed through the target setting, and the tracking period will not affect the data refresh.
