Giving groups access to dataset

I have a dataset in a new workspace (Workspace A).

I have a report in a new workspace (Workspace B).

Very limited people have access to workspace A.

I would like to create an app for the report in workspace B for all people in microsoft group. They cannot open app as do not have access to underlying dataset, in permissions of dataset in workspace A, I can add indiviual users/people to have access to workspace but is it possible to add a group?

Hi @Baker96 ,

The answer is of course “Yes”. For details, you can refer to this document:

Add Office 365 Group As A Member In Power BI App Workspace.

Thanks @Icey, but I am looking for a way for a group not to have access to workspace but access to dataset within the workspace
