Give a colleague the ability to assign new members to security roles

Hello!

My colleague built a Dashboard with RLS. I should now be able to add members to the pre-defined roles, too.

He usually goes to his workspace, clicks on the three dots next to the dataset, clicks on "Security", and can add new members there. I do not see the dataset under "workspaces", however, I see it under "Data Hub". However, I cannot see the option "Security" when I now click on the three dots next to the dataset.

Which permissions does he need to give me, so that I can access the same view?
