Getting error when add a distribution list to the email subscription

Hi,

I got this error when I tried to add a distribution list to the email subscription.

The report is located in a premium capacity workspace though.

Thanks for the help!

Please check whether the user you need to subscribe has logged in to the Power BI service. If the user has not logged in to the Power BI service even once, the subscription will not be possible. You can view the third link of my post with the same issue.

Hi Jianpeng,

Thanks for your reply. It could be that the user has never been logged into PBI service.

However, I don't think it should stop them from receiving the email subscription.

Thanks,

Ivy

Hi @ivy8252003

Is it possible to have a look at the underlying data set for your paginated report? Just to confirm that it is actually being hosted in premium capacity

Hi Gilbert,

Yes, the underlying dataset is in the same workspace (premium capacity) as the report.
