Getting PBI dataset failed scheduled refresh notification via distribution list

Hi There,

My Query, we are not getting scheduled refresh notification via distribution list DL.

What we have done:
To get PBI dataset scheduled refresh notification via a DL distribution list, we had created a DL , had tested a dataset refresh failure scenario, to our email we got the notification but via DL we did not.

Also tested the DL email via testing a test email it was active and working.

Yes currently there four team member are added individually, not sure why DL is not working.

@JoeBarry  ; the DL have only four people, people are often leaving the project and once a user is inactive we have to manually update the email, trying out option with DL but it is not working.

with individual email id it is working fine.

I can't test myself, is the dl group large? Maybe add the people individually?
