Getting Error message pop up "An error occurred while downloading report" in embedded report

Hello,

I have a embeeded Powe Bi report . When a user clicks on Gross Sales button it throws a pop up message saying  "An error occurred while downloading report" .Where as it works fine in desktop as well as Power Bi server. Below I have attached the screenshot of report.Any help will be highly appreciated.

First of all, what are you using? Power BI Service or Power BI Report Server? Based on your description, I guess it should be Power BI Service, right?

Then, could you share me some details to help check your issue?

1. What's your Service version?

2. In what type of workspace is the report stored? Classic or New?

3. What's the license mode of the workspace?

4. What's the SKU?

5. When did this issue start appearing? Are all reports like this?
