In my testing that one did not have this problem:

Although you mentioned that your pbix file was not modified, I would recommend that you check the data source to see if the data source was changed, as well as checking that the connection to the data source is working to make sure that the data source is not disconnected or experiencing other connectivity issues.

Also check if you have the necessary permissions to access and edit the semantic model. Remember to double check that the gateway connection is working

Since I don't have a table with so many columns, I would suggest you try reducing the columns to test if the problem still exists.

Of course you can also recreate a pbix file and publish it to Power BI Service to see if the problem persists.
