In my excel file I have columns ID, comments, and 2 questions with numeric values as seen above. When the ID is clicked on I want the questions to show the value seen in the questions column. For example, if I click on ID 1, the was the training delivery bar should say 5 and the other column should say 4. It currently is averaging all of the responses for each question, but I don't know how to do it individually. My axis is the atribute title (each question) and the values is average of numeric values, but when each ID is clicked on I need the actual value of each response to the questions.

Not very clear but you could try to choose "Don't summarize" and see if it helps.
If not, please show some sample data and expected result to us.
