Get overall information regarding gateways and datasets via scripting

Hello,

As the number of reports increases when an our organization scales up, there's a point when managing all of these reports becomes harder: 

• Check which reports are refreshed with which gateways to maintain the load balance.
• Check distributions of the scheduled refreshes across all the reports.
• Etc.

Is there any way to get all of this information easily (for example, via scripting: Power Shell, Python, ...) to facilitate maintenance tasks?
