Hi,
I'm evaluating our Power BI licensing. We have about 500 users with Power BI Pro and I'm tasked to analyze if those 500 users are really using Power BI to consume the dashboards.
I'm not a Power BI user, so I'm not too familiar with Power BI, but I would need to understand which of the 500 users are really accessing the dashboards.
Can anyone help to understand how to achieve that?
Thanks
Hi @dmarques ,
You can use the usage metrics report.
Like this picture, you can choose which dashboard do you want and select the view usage metrics report.
It will get you the data you want.
For more information, you can refer this documentation:

Hope this helps you.

Hi,
Thanks, but as this is not my area, I still have a few questions. I'm not a Power BI user, so I don't have a Power BI license, so no dashboards are shared with me. But I'm a global admin on the tenant, so I've got access to admin portal.
So, is it possible to access this metrics on the admin portal, without going to each report as you shown on the screenshots?
Also, I would like to get something global, not dashboard by dashboard, is that possible?
Thanks
