Get data from Google Analytics with applied advanced segmentation

Currently it's possible to connect to google analytics and get data full data with selected dimensions / metrics.

Google analytics has powerful segmentation e.g. filtering data by user condition (opposing to sessions) or creating sequence of conditions. There're different scenarios where data is simply lost / truncated in power bi and there's no workaround. Moreover, in this context power bi more represent filters in google analytics and not capable to run any segmentation.

I've created a function to query google analytics api, it makes web calls and generates access token dynamically... Sounds great, but now I can't do a refresh / scheduled refresh as web calls can't be inside functions (known issue or feature).

Is there a solution?
