Get data from AWS Connect

Hello,

Currently to show AWS Connect data in our model we manually extract it and drop it into the relevant SharePoint folder but we would like to automate this process. I can find all sorts of resources on using AWS Glue for Red Shift or Athena and Power BI, but we need the data within AWS Connect to track agent call metrics. Has anyone successfully set this up?

Did you find any solution to load data from AWS connect to power bi? thanks for your response.

I am also looking for that information, just post it over if you have found any source. Did you try using API?

Hi, @Anonymous

I’m not very familiar with AWS Connect with Power BI, you can refer to these links and find if they are helpful:
