I have a couple of Workbooks loaded in My Workspace that get resfreshed daily with new data. I would like to set these as data sources in the Power BI report I am creating. How do I set Workbooks published in My workspace on app.powerbi.com as a data source in Power BI Desktop?

Using Power bi dataset is not recommended because it is live connection mode. The best way is once you open a excel in Workbook, You can just select the table and copy and past to "Enter Data" in Power bi desktop.
