Good day
I have created an app workspace in Power BI service and now need to link to files on OneDrive.
However, I am encountering these problems:
1) When I select Get Data / Files / One Drive, this message comes up:
Hi @Anonymous,
Based on test, I can get data from onedrive to power bi app workspace. Can you please share more detailed informations about this?
>>Save your work files to OneDrive for Business so they're always with you.
In addition, it sounds like you haven't turn on the onedrive feature yet. Perhaps you can check it at admin portal, turn on it if this feature not available.(normally, it will auto sign into correspond onedrive folder)

Xiaoxin Sheng
Hello
Can you be more specific with regards to the OneDrive feature you mention? I do have access to my onedrive with this account already.
Thank you
HI @Anonymous,
You can check if your group is exist in sharepoint site.(that features means the onedrive subscription)
Normally, if you manage app workspace(members or other options) and you can correctly redirect/sign-in to sharepoint site, it means you have this permission.
Manage your app workspace in Power BI and Office 365
BTW, you can also contact to your IT to check these.
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
