Get Data Missing and Navigation Pane expand collapse Icone missing

Hi Folks   First time this has happened, but I can't see the "get data" option. I think this is because the Navigation Pane has collapsed, but I can't see the expand/collapse icon, see picture bel...

    Hi MikeMcG 

    The icon circled in the screenshot is used to hide or extend navigation . If you don't have this icon, you can clean up your browser cache and log back in to try it out .

    Hi, Does anyone have this solution as the one that is listed is not the solution.

     

    I dont have the expand option and also missing the Get Data button
