Get APP not working for Power BI Government

Question

Hi,&nbsp;I have a client using Power BI government (https://app.powerbigov.us/). We are trying to Install template app from the app source, but getting following message&nbsp;"Template apps are currently not available on this cloud. Consider installing an organizational app."&nbsp;We have enabled "Install Template Apps" for the entire organization under Tenant setting. But still not luck. Are we missing something here?&nbsp;&nbsp;

template app to monitor power BI premium capacity utilization, Is there any way to monitor it in PowerBIgov portal without installing template app?
