Based on my understanding, your requirement seems to be:
pin tiles from different reports to s single dashboard,
when changing the slicer on any report above, the tiles on the dashboard should change along.
If so, as tested,
The Sync slicers feature works accross reports, but it doesn't work accross tiles in a dashboard.
I would recommend you vote up the following similar thread.

additionally, if you change something on the report, also you want the pinned tile to change with the report,
you could pin a live page, but it will pin a whole page.
