Gen2 Metrics app Send alert if CPU usage is < XX

Was wondering if
A. its possible to send an email or some sort of message (Alert maybe?) if the Gen2 Metrics App detects CPU threshold over a certain amount and...

B. Where to find a tutorial or a basic walkthrough.

Addition to above you can also use below Power BI Admin Portal ->  Capacity Settings -> Select your capacity -> under Notification

This is the correct way to configure the notifications, just a heads up to anyone else that has this problem you may need to first go to Tenant Settings and add your Security Group before you can even see the Notifications drop down.
