Gen 2 Premium Capacity Utilization App

I'm trying to understand the artifacts, and why some datasets show up as artifacts, as some do not in the Overview tab, with datasets selected. I thought it would be based on previous 14 days use as indicated in the table, but when I checked some datasets that showed up as artifacts, they actually hadn't been used for several months. Additionally, some other datasets with more recent use are not in the list...

It just doesn't make any sense.

Additionally, why aren't all of the datasets listed in a report? Why don't we have a report that lists ALL datasets, their size (footprint), etc? Otherwise, can we just get the data to do it ourselves?

Hi @SeattlePowerBI,

Firstly, please check whether you have set any filters during you view the app. Secondly, the app only supports monitoring datasets that use import mode.

According to the official document, the app displays results for the last 14 or 28 days depending on the visual. And it displays the number of Power BI items(such as reports, dashboards and datasets) that used CPU during the past four weeks about 28 days.
